For what it is and the price I give it 4 stars. The carabiners are no longer gold, mine have turned almost completely black. As for the chain, I have not broken 1051st in 2.5 years. Works well. I'm a bigger rider, I usually make money on the descents and generate a lot of power. I twisted the last few chains that come with the 1051 kit, but none of them broke. If you're losing weight you're looking for a more expensive option, but if you want a strong chain the 1051 is the way to go. Powerlink has changed over the years. This hardly engages with the foot even with the recommended torque. made a few attempts. I don't see a need to remove the chain any time soon.
