The system is easy to use, it helps me to find new contacts with ease. I can also check out previous projects they did for me as well as current ones. It gives you an overview of all your contact information in one place. Sometimes when using this software I have trouble finding some pages that are hard to locate or even missing them entirely. So far no complaints about the program. A must for any person working at a business where there's multiple people involved. This program has helped my boss keep up with her schedule which was causing problems.
