I've been with Nailtique for three years now and last year on February 8th 2019 I attached this file to the rest of the pastel pink tools I have on my had a desk. I really like it and it never gets hot, it's really light, it has great speed and it's comfortable. Today is November 2020, it hasn't even been a year since it just happens to not turn on. I didn't drop it, I didn't fly off the manicure table, it just won't turn on. At first I thought it was an electrical problem but the rest of the equipment in my workshop works except for this file, I'm very disappointed that it didn't last me a year. Now that I see I can buy it again they offer up to a year free returns which they didn't offer when I bought it so I'm sorry to say now it's not worth the money unless it lasts you more than a few months
