I ordered this as a replacement after my Medicool's turbo file II stopped working properly. Compared to my Medicool turbo filing machine, the Nail Master machine has about the same speed capabilities which is great, very quiet until you crank it to max speed. FYI: The not-so-good part is that it tends to stop at you when you're getting a pedicure and trying to get rid of dry skin or calluses on your feet, especially if you're pressing it against your skin to get closer, never mind how fast you…

Drill received 2 days after ordering. I was so excited that I tried it that same evening. The drill was easy to assemble and a foot pedal was included. I like the grip because it's not that wide and feels comfortable in the hand. The drill is much quieter and not as wobbly as the one I have now. I was able to remove the product quickly and without interruptions. The only downside is that you can't tell where the dial is pointing. I think I will. Overall a great product.

Today was my first day of using this drill and I was so excited to use it but it worked for about 20 minutes (just long enough to take my acrylic gel polish off remove) And after that for some reason my drill stopped spinning so I took the drill out. I've tried putting it back in but it doesn't come back at all! It's "unlocked" and should definitely fit in there, but something is preventing it from inserting the drill.
