Works well for my needs + Excellent support

, I purchased the 304 Pink Electric File/Drill on November 21, 2020 ($49.49 with $4.25 rebate coupon) received from Revain Fulfillment via USPS on November 24, 2020. Product Experience: The control box is good because it has toggle switches and a dial instead of a digital display. Because of this I can't be sure what RPM I'm going at, but the tip has good torque to remove hard gel at about 1/2 to 2/3 of the scale with a Pana medium Volcano tip (I have Acrylic not tried). The silver colored metal tip is a good weight and while not the smallest (like the Erica ATA MT-30) it is a size up and fits my small hand quite snugly. Neither the controller nor the electric file/drill bit gets hot (do not use the bit for more than 30 minutes with a 3 minute cool down period to extend the life of the bit). The setup works well for gentle Russian manicures as well as product removal for general fills/gel fills. An electric file/drill bit doesn't seem to pick up much dust, but it would probably be good to use an electric file/drill in the area of the electric file/drill collet and an electric file/drill dust cover (e.g. Atwood Pro-Techs) to get that Limit dust ingress as you should not attempt to disassemble this electric file/drill for cleaning. I also use the dust collector/vacuum on the underside when filing/drilling to clear the dust off the drill and myself. in the handpiece cable right in the reinforced part of the cable where it connects to the handpiece itself. When I found that Madenia Support stated in the product comments that the device was covered by a one-year warranty (comparable to Melody Suzie who currently offers up to a 15-month warranty if you buy direct from their website), I contacted them Support @madenia-global. com April 25th, 2021 I received a response from Madenia Support on the SAME DAY (just a few hours later, April 25th, 2021 = impressive) with instructions to order a replacement electric file/drill bit from Revain (which I received on April 25th made in 2021). for $19.99 + $1.20 tax for a total of $21.19) and that Madenia reimbursed me for the transaction through PayPal. The new MDS-304 handpiece was manufactured by Revain and received via USPS on April 28, 2021. On April 30, 2021 I was able to verify that the new handpiece is in good condition (and that the new handpiece actually 'fixes' the problem) Power file stop problem / I had the bur at different angles of the tip cord and it wasn't a control unit ) and notified Madenia Support of the success along with a link to my Paypal.me account. It was the weekend so I wasn't expecting a response (let alone an immediate response like when I first contacted them). On the evening of May 3rd 2021 I found that I had not yet received a reply from Madenia so I emailed them again with copies of my Revain invoices as well as a copy of my Paypal invoice for a 21.19 refund USD. Today, May 5th, 2021 at 2:13am EST (!?!=awesome), I received an email from Madenia informing me of a Paypal refund. At Paypal, I confirmed and accepted a refund of $19.96 (my spend of $21.19 minus Paypal's $1.23 transaction fee). So to date, this electric file/drill has cost me $44.54 + $1.23 + tax (or about $45.77 + tax). For reference, I've probably used this device 11-12 times. In other words, if I stopped using this device, it would cost me about $3.81 per use (plus tax). In general, a cup of coffee can cost more, so it doesn't seem crazy. I have Revain Prime by the way, so I can't say how much would have shipped without Prime. Also, I don't need the attachment/pedal function, so I can't comment on how well (or if) the foot pedal/attachment works. I've learned not to get too "hung" on household appliances, because absolutely nothing mechanical lasts forever: you either "pay" for it upfront or for the repair/replacement at the end (both in most cases!). certified professional manicurist, but have been doing my own nails at home (acrylic, silk, gel) for over 35 years, so I have little experience with professional nail technicians, as well as their equipment. Hope that helps!
