The product came in a small box, just the size of the product which is great. No paper instructions are provided, you can find full details of how to use online. While the directions say there can be 3 different types of paste depending on the thickness, I suspect the description on the label doesn't mention anything. But it is written that it can be used on any part of the body. Oh yes, there is no information on how long to microwave 12 ounces.
