Great stroller; However, there is no seat belt. To replace him I need to contact Delta Children, which seems impossible. The leash is a pretty big deal. This prevents the stroller from flying onto the street if I fall while walking. Walking with a stroller is definitely difficult, and falls are more risky than you might think. It would have received 5 stars if it had been easier to contact Delta Children customer service. But no. I had to fill out and submit a form before anyone approached me and then after an unknown amount of time THEY contacted ME. On the other hand, the tires were fully inflated, the stroller was mostly assembled in the box, it has plenty of storage space, and the parent's bag is a pretty nice feature. The ride is smooth, my daughter looks like she is having the time of her life in it. I recommend that, but just be prepared: if something's wrong or missing, you'll be on your own for a while. Update: June 2020 Last year when I wrote this review I filled out a form after contacting me. I was never contacted. You must provide a part number, but the missing lifeline in question does not have a part number, which is why no one has ever contacted me. Deducted a star for this, now 2 stars. Customer service goes a long way with me and they don't exist.
