Soft smooth fabric, detachable pouch, pocket and adjustable bolster are great. The elastic on the attachment is one thing, when it's new you just have to stretch it a little and it will soften after some use, but it's thick so it won't tear with use. It's well made and the shredded memory foam doesn't shed its lint like regular cotton. The medium gray color is pleasant. The roller cover is also removable. This is good support for using a laptop in bed as regular pillows tend to lose support and slide around too much for me.
