Review on Environmentally Friendly Clamshell Containers: Biodegradable Microwave Compartments by Chef Deane

I am not 100% satisfied with these plates. I thought they were a little different and from what I've read they would be a little bigger than just the regular cymbals we used. My husband and I decided to buy these and they are good for the earth, but we found them to be wet, wet when we prepped the plates and put them in the fridge, or when they hit the road , and we don't feel like that. . I didn't feel safe giving them to my customers so we used them ourselves and ended up going back to the store to buy more. I would not recommend this place if you are having a party and they come to your guest if they are serving hot or liquid food because I just feel like they are not 100% safe and reliable.
