It's a RETURN!
As expected and unfortunately I was right. to the website! I finally have a man. They said we can bypass Microsoft. (When does THAT become a problem?) to do THAT. I had to turn off my rotor and other family members used it. Box and BACK to Revain in the morning. I did NOT pay all the money out of frustration and anger. I don't know when I will ever order a NEW computer again. I'll stick with used TYVM
