I had the best results printing at around 240-250C with this stuff with a bed temp of nearly 70-75C. I'm currently printing on glass with an MKS 1.4 converted Monoprice v2 select. This filament is good quality. For a stress test I printed a few thinner parts to see if it was brittle or if it'd indeed hold up to some flex. The stuff bent in half (no cracking and no delamination!) before anything, I couldn't even snap the stuff in half.I used it to print out some marker lights for a car project of mine and the quality is great. It is indeed very transparent. Though if you want really good transparency your best bet is to print a little hotter, and make the part solid. Once you start using infill, you'll lose that nice adhesion and transparency factor a little bit through some layers. All in all though, really good stuff, printed exceptionally well.
