Use warm soapy water! No peel and stick needed!
They act like glue! I did it that way. You can remove the backing, but only if you want to glue something like paper. Not required for windows. First a clean window. I used vinegar. Please note that the stickers have a slightly rough side and a smooth side. Make a mixture of about a cup of warm water and 2 drops of dish soap until it's slightly bubbling. Put the sticker in the water with the smooth side. Adjust the decal to the desired location. Use a paper towel to blot the drips. You can really flatten them with warm water, otherwise they will curl up a bit.
