I like that they are able to get creative quickly in order to solve problems. They have been very responsive when it comes time to pay invoices. The only thing that I dislike about them is that sometimes you can't tell if something has actually gotten done or not! It's hard to know whether or not your project was completed as promised. We needed some help solving our logo problem since we had no idea where to turn. GTF came up with several options and then helped us narrow down what would work best. Their customer service team made sure everything went smoothly after the project was complete. Our new website looks great and helps our customers feel more comfortable finding out information online.
