My hair fell out in clumps
I was so excited to try this shampoo and conditioner to help with hair loss. I was afraid someone put hair removal lotion in it. I never leave bad reviews, but when I gently washed my hair, a lot of hair fell out. I put my hair on the edge of the tub so it doesn't clog the drain. Then as I conditioned, more hair fell out. In the end I cried in my heart. It was expensive for me who received a disability but I had high hopes.
