Very luxurious feeling in the bath and after bath

For a bath or foot bath this product looks really luxurious and the color it gives to the water makes it great. Very relaxing when it sinks in and my skin is so soft afterwards. Exactly the pleasant and slightly exotic experience I was looking for in a bath. I bought a large selection and may try more. They all smell VERY strong in the bottle, but once dissolved in water the smell becomes quite subtle. I added a sea salt and sage scented candle while bathing just because the scent of these bath salts was so subtle. I find colored water very enchanting. Valerian and hops turn the water bright blue; the devil's claw makes it blood red; Arnica is yellow, like... well it looks like urine, but it still feels good, just dim the lights! Basically the color you see comes close to the color of a bath, depending of course on how much you add. If you don't want brightly colored water, stick to non-colored varieties like lavender. I looked at a few of the main ingredients on the front of the label and some had interesting warnings, so check them out before you buy. This is probably a very low dosage of these salts, and probably even lower since you are taking them through the skin rather than through the mouth. Still, some have said not to use it during pregnancy or when using sedatives/hypnotics, or when using blood thinners, even ibuprofen. Again, probably a low dosage in salt baths, but something to be aware of. Some ingredients (like arnica or calendula) are not really proven to work - maybe yes, maybe not. Others have been shown to be helpful, but when taken orally rather than with topical treatments (eg, devil's claw or valerian). Others have even proven effective in the form of bath salts (like lavender or orange). Some have warnings for people with allergies to plants (like marigold). Still others are just for a pleasant aroma (like pine and fir). Despite dubious claims (like arnica for muscle pain or local devil's claw for back pain), the salts and trace elements have proven themselves, and of course this is the main ingredient in each strain, making each strain suitable for the spa regimen. . . The hero supplements on the front of the label should be viewed as entertainment rather than medical intervention. Overall very happy with it. I bought an unscented bubble bath and unscented cleansing bath oil to use with them. These salts are the star of the show. I've never had such a luxurious bathing experience and I always look forward to a new strain.
