Helps calm an anxious cat
I like the price on Revain compared to big chain retailers! They're almost twice as expensive in stores, crazy. Stores should either not sell this product or charge more reasonable fees. I've been using this on our cat since we adopted her. I can tell when it's over because my cat is starting to behave more restlessly than usual - scratching and crying. That doesn't entirely eliminate the scratching behavior though - our ladder is its primary target and although it's connected directly to the ladder, unfortunately it still tugs at the carpet. However, I still buy it because it seems to calm her down in general. I think scratching is an innate behavior in cats to some degree.
