I really wanted to like this. I got it for my cracked, weak ankles as extra support for my handwork. It felt like the support was coming from most bandages, but it wraps itself in such a way that most of the support is on my ankle rather than my sides or especially my back where I needed it. I had better luck with these brown tapes. Also, it was too thick for me to comfortably fit in my work shoes and work boots, so I sent it back. If you need minimal support or just need some extra padding, this will likely work. If you have woefully weak ankles, choose something with more support.
