Review on Brandmotion FVMR 1100 FullVUE Camera 2 Channel by Warrick Batebi

So this product is legal, I was skeptical but I pulled the trigger and bought through Amazon thinking that if it's not legal I can easily return it. Unfortunately the touchscreen was not working upon arrival. The display was great, start times were quick, picture quality was fantastic, backup lines appear when you put it in reverse and disappear when you put it back in gear. The only issue was the touchscreen and as such functionality was an issue. After I spoke to the manufacturer, they confirmed that I installed it correctly and that it was a defective touchscreen digitizer. I contacted Revain for an upgraded replacement hoping to avoid removing the camera. Unfortunately the only option I was given was a direct refund and 13 days to remove and return the defective device including cameras. To be clear, the customer service from both the Brandmotion manufacturer and the CarToys dealer was excellent. I spoke to really friendly knowledgeable people who understood my situation, helped and sympathized with me. It was 100% Revain fulfillment services that made this an ordeal. I highly recommend this product, however I would recommend that you purchase direct from Brandmotion or CarToys websites. On the rare occasion you have a problem, turn to them rather than Revain.
