It may be my fault for not taking the dimensions of these sanding discs into account, so when I opened the box I was expecting something very different. These grinding wheels are tiny. Think about the approximate size of a poker or casino chip and double that and it's probably an accurate size comparison. I told my roommate I can use these instead of those little round patches if you have a puncture wound or a very minor injury. In addition, the number of fine-grain polishing pads is much higher than the number of coarse-grain polishing pads. Considering I need to sand and polish a full size dining table, I would probably have to order 50 of these to even come close to the amount of higher grit sanding I need to finish the job. If you have a small job or something that needs a light, thinner touch up sanding or maybe just needs to sand drywall mix after filling some holes in your walls before painting, this will likely help and be a good buy for your money. However, if you have a major grinding project to complete, chances are you'll be out of business before you complete your task with sets of these wheels. Obviously I need to go back and look for a much more powerful set of discs for my own project. I only successfully completed about 1/15th of my dining table grind with what I had from this purchase. I think I saw the pictures and had a distorted idea of what these discs would look like, so while I'm disappointed, I ultimately have myself to blame. Just remember that the low price is there for a reason. There just isn't much "out there".
