As a loyal Industrial and Scientific customer I was very disappointed to have purchased this Industrial Hand Tool .As a result of my tests, I determined that the drivers ball end wore down and became ineffective after only a few uses, making it useless for my needs. The only positive aspect was the product's initial build quality, which unfortunately did not translate to long-lasting performance. Save your money and invest in a better quality tool..
