Great item that works perfectly with the Sirius/XM Onyx (not entirely clear from the product description) and there are several stand options that come with the system. The sound quality is good and the volume can be adjusted with the remote control, but you have to go into the menu to do this. I have read reviews on these points and you must understand that the antenna must be positioned so that there is a direct view of the southern sky. get signal! This means in or near a window or outdoors. Will not work indoors without placing the antenna near a south facing window! There is also a sufficient length of antenna cable, which is conveniently stowed under the cover where the batteries are located. Two small drawbacks: no space for the power cord or receiver remote control on the device. I haven't drained it on battery so I can't comment on how long the batteries will last. The battery/antenna cable cover is a bit awkward to snap into place. All in all, this is an excellent portable option for listening to Sirus/XM programs indoors or outdoors.
