Review on 2 Gallon Copper Home Brew Kit: Pot Still Boiler for Distilling Wine, Alcohol, and Water by Tami Boudreau

I use it for double and triple distillation because of its size. I use a much larger one for the 1st jam run. It's a solid copper body and has proven to be pleasant to use, of course only if you already have some knowledge of using it, read on and watch the video if you don't. It's easy to set up with tight seals, no need to seal flour and water, but I have this on hand just in case. In the photo I have a pump that pumps cold water through an auger from a radiator filled with water and ice. It comes with an appropriate overlay for faucet or hose operation, not how I set it up. I am very satisfied and have nothing to complain about.
