I'm not sure if it was the delivery or the manufacturer

I ordered two. When I opened the boxes, the metal gasket caps on the differential plates on both axles popped out and grease leaked into the box. I'm not sure if it was a manufacturer issue or a delivery issue. Both returned for a refund and to purchase axles from a local parts store.
