Review on GEARWRENCH 3529D Heavy Filter Wrench by Alex Webster

Purchased for fan clutch 02' 7.3L. Has worked flawlessly. The quality of the wrench was excellent, much, much better than what you would normally find at your local auto parts store. You would have to seriously abuse this thing to break it. Combined with the Gearwrench 3900 Universal Fan Clutch Holding Tool, removing the fan clutch was practically a breeze. It required "some" muscle power and extra leverage with a 1/2" breaker (the included 1/2" square hole was awesome) as the fan clutch has never been removed since Ford bought it 17 years and 300,000 Miles has been installed. return. For the price, it's not worth taking a cheap loan from an auto parts store.
