The sound quality is very poor

I "upgraded" my old LogiTech HD720 webcam to this HD1080P webcam and the sound quality from the built-in microphone is very poor. The very first day I tried it, I got feedback from callers that they could barely hear me. I had to resort to an old camera that I had for years. I would think carefully before buying this webcam.
