Not for me. The search for the perfect nail polish remover continues.

Where do I start?!?The worst nail polish remover ever. First, use an eyedropper to apply it to your nails. No overlay. No cotton swab. Dropper. When I apply it to each nail and wonder why I can't just use a cotton pad, I find that it makes the top coat sticky almost instantly, like a rubber band. I decided in advance to only do one hand at a time. I'm organized and fairly clean. I watch TV while doing this to save time (we're women, we multitask, right?) so I have this greasy substance that turns my nails into gooey blobs almost instantly. Interesting. Doesn't run off your fingertips. Accidentally dropping something directly from the eyedropper onto the table. I have wipes to catch drips so it's ok. I wait a few minutes and grab a cotton pad to wipe it off with my stronger and more coordinated right hand. The pad sticks to the nail bed. Sticky, sticky polish, sticky mush on every nail on my left hand. I wipe as much as I can on one pad, grab another, and rub some more. When I removed the sticky part I had 2 pads (both sides) gone through. never mind I have a lot of cleaning products on hand, but I still have a lot of nail polish on my nails! I repeat the same process 2 more times until I get to my natural nails. Clean! Finally! πŸ˜€ For the record, I would apply 2 coats of clear coat and 2 coats of color coat. Without base and thick lid. Just a cheap paint. Acetone cleaned my nails in about a minute. This all took 10-12 minutes, just for one hand. Before starting this scenario again on the right, I decide to change channels. I picked up the TV remote with a small amount of greasy remover on my hand (remember my nails on the left hand are free of nail polish at this point). ERRORS! I noticed that he immediately started eating through the plastic on the remote control! No I'm just kidding. My hand is now covered in black plastic dirt as my remote control starts to degrade. SERIOUSLY. I put it down and wipe it off as best I can with a tissue, then decide I need to wash my hands with soap and water. After that I have to wipe the remaining oil off the decomposing console. I cleaned it (it will never be the same again, there are nicks left of it). Then I have to start the process with the other hand. What a mess and so much time. I'm not a "spoiled" princess. I am more interested in function and task execution. But I like nice nails, and sometimes I use the tips of my nails to pick things up, so I don't really like short, chipped nails. This leads to another problem. My fingertips still feel sore after 24 hours from the extra friction of 3 uses of the remover. I use my fingertips for typing all day so they aren't "weak and sensitive" but the extra friction hurts. To be honest I had no idea what to expect. When I use acetone my nails chip and dry and I literally have to wait for my nails to fully grow out before reapplying the polish. They crack and look horrible after using acetone so I use polish about once a month. I was desperate for something better. I bought 2 types of removers to test both of them. Ultimately this failed. I prefer this over acetone but need to be more disciplined by ONLY doing one task instead of 2-3 tasks at a time. Another product I have purchased is Ella Mila Nail Polish Remover. It's more of a job than acetone to remove nail polish, but my nails didn't flake off immediately after using it (a HUGE plus) and my fingertips didn't hurt. For now I'm sticking with Ella Mila. In the end I have to see if there is something better for me.
