Ridiculously sharp. Easy to clean. Well worth the price. Solid quality.

This is the second one I have purchased. This one is a gift. They are ridiculously sharp. They cut easily through bagels, tomatoes, and fruits. Very easy to keep clean and it is as sharp today as it was when 1st purchased a year ago.
