This is a simple, unobtrusive mount to support a 55-56" Sharp Aquos TV weighing 35-40 Pound. You get strong metal legs with steel bolts. They are equipped with adhesive pads that cushion the bottom and protect the surfaces. The back of the TV doesn't have to be flat as they have spacers which should allow for about an inch or so of curvature if needed. All screws fit the back of your Sharp TV snugly and there are many screw sizes to choose from. I have a 6 inch riser as I assembled it and it could go taller (or lower) if I needed to. With a 60-inch TV, you may need to increase the height by a few inches (some reviewers may have misinformed themselves from the comments). One reviewer said the screws get in the way because they're not black, but with my TV, you'd have to look pretty closely from a low angle to even see the screws. However, if they're a problem, bring them a black magic marker and they really aren't visible.
