my back pain. If this is your first time using something like this for your back, make sure you start at the lowest level and use it a few times before moving on to the next level. Also, try it for 3 minutes first and see how your body feels. Use it this way a few times and then add a few more minutes once your body gets used to it. * Medium soft silicone feels good on my back and not uncomfortable at all. * Irregularities are evenly distributed and do not hurt me. CONS * This thing is VERY difficult to level up. I'm trying to put it on the 2nd level and I almost break my arms trying to slide it into the slot. My husband is very strong and he still has a hard time getting him to level 2 so I can't imagine getting him to level 3/top level without hurting me. PLEASE if giving this to an older person be aware of how difficult it is to adjust and make sure someone younger can help. It will get better after repeated use and adjustment, but the initial use is so difficult, so please remember this and don't hurt yourself. Overall I'm happy with how this thing is helping my back and back pain. I only wish they would change this and make it easier to set up.
