I've been shaving with a reversible adjustable razor for over 50 years. This razor is a workable length, well balanced weight and rounds the edges of ears, nose, etc. well. I use it on the highest settings with no problem. There were no problems loading the blade or collecting soap. The only quirk I found is that the blade angle adjustment is a bit uneven depending on how tight the butterfly wings are closed. Overall, it is worth its price and significantly better than any of the expensive disposable razors.
