I like that all of us are able to use one system instead of having multiple systems (and keeping them synced). It's more secure than using email as it helps keep your info from being hacked or stolen in transit when you're not looking at it directly! The setup can be overwhelming since there isn't much guidance out there - but this was also true before we started working here so don't get discouraged if things aren’t clear right away. Give yourself some time; make sure everything works smoothly first then add new users/customizations slowly over time until they feel comfortable enough to go live by themselves without help / support after training has occurred. Our database administrator manages our accounts & databases well overall while other staff handles daytoDay operations such as scheduling events, managing volunteers, collecting donations ect..
