Good product, more pros than cons.

I recently bought a Watch 3 to replace my good old gear s3 frontier. If it were not for the periodic glitches of the old clock, then I probably would not have bought it. Their differences are minimal, although the gap is two generations. The new watch 3 runs exactly as long as the three-year-old Frontier. Increased memory up to 8GB? Well, OK. Just for what? In my opinion, such an improvement. ECG and blood pressure in the 2022 do not work. Yes, they are unlikely to earn in the near future officially. But still, there were craftsmen :) With the help of simple manipulations, Samsung health monitor starts up and works. This is already pleasing, albeit "crutches". Charging in the kit is of course nonsense. There is a cable with a tablet, but there is no power supply itself. Well, not seriously somehow. In the Frontiers, a second strap was included. He is not here. For a thin wrist, please fork out. The complete leather belt looks of course good quality. But it won't work for sports. And even more so for diving. I read somewhere that the old dials do not move to the new watch. Nonsense. Everything moves perfectly, and without dancing with a tambourine. Including previously purchased ones. If we evaluate Watch 3 as a watch, without comparing it with previous versions, then it is quite tolerable and worthy of purchase. Especially now with a good discount you can buy them even from the dealer. If you have watches of previous generations, and they work properly, then I see no reason to change.

Pros
  • performance, design, functionality
Cons
  • Lack of declared functions (ECG, blood pressure). Battery life. Castrated charging included (no PSU, only tablet and cable). Lack of a second strap for a thin wrist.
