Review on Freud Raised Panel Shank 99 516 by Donald Waller

Bit works great. It cuts cleanly and smoothly, leaving a near-perfect raised panel. The only disappointment, if any, is that the tongue of the raised plate is thicker than 1/4″, which requires removing wood from the back of the plate to match the style and rail slot (1/4″), which is created by most styles and routers.
