I bought a Sager 7877DW-B2-8-A1 laptop from Revain. I can't say anything about the durability as I haven't owned it for a long time. And I can't report games because I haven't played with them. But despite being equipped with a 10th generation Intel i7-10875H processor, it is lightweight. The WiFi works great even though I'm using a Spectrum and not Bluetooth. Typing is easy, and I appreciate the backlit keyboard, although it's not as bright as the one on my Hewlett Packard Omen laptop. However, its weight is significantly lower. Like the Omen, its screen is 17 inches, but it's thinner and less wide. My only major complaint is that Revain doesn't offer Windows 10 Pro. The Sager website suggests this, but Sager doesn't process orders over the weekend, which is what I wanted. The Windows Pro I bought from Revain from Brand Korona Software had the wrong product key. Luckily my Omen product key worked. (Note: After installing Windows Pro, I had to go to the Sager website to get drivers for the backlight and FN key functionality.) Since I didn't rate durability or gaming quality, five stars might be generous. But I'm satisfied. Additional Notes: After five days of use, I would like to add notes to this review. First I said the backlight is worse than my HP Omen because it's dimmer. This was right after I upgraded my standard Windows Home to Windows Pro. Later I went to the Sager website, found the drivers and manuals, scrolled down to my model number and downloaded the Control Center drivers. Now that they're installed, I can triple-press FN + Numpad-Slash to open the LED keyboard settings app. I can click on the colored circle to change the highlight color. I actually changed it to green which is nicer and brighter than the red light on my Omen. Second, this laptop has a terribly short battery life. Just because it's a gaming laptop doesn't justify it. My Omen was a gaming laptop and had a much longer battery life. So I am deducting two stars from my original 5 star rating. Additional Notes 1/24/21: I downgraded my rating from five stars to three stars after learning how short the battery life is. Now I'm increasing to four stars. Short battery life is a pain, but otherwise the 7877DW performs very well. For example, the powerful Intel i7-10875H processor ensures fast loading speeds, page changes, web browsing, etc. For such a low price, in my opinion it not only deserves three stars.
