So I'll start off by being offered one of these to review this one after buying a few other similar items (which I still have and use you fwiw). There was no need to keep a fan [I'm not one to write reviews for anything, nor would I if I didn't like it at all, but if I had a choice between a problem and a solution in life , I would choose the latter ]. I probably wouldn't buy this because it has a cord so it has to stay plugged in, but it's not really a big deal because it's a light, thin, flat, fairly long cord and it doesn't seem like I'm going to mostly use a fan that is far from the USB port - if that's the case, use the diff fan. The only legitimate downsides I have are that it's a bit louder than I'd like and the fact that the lowest setting is still pretty fast. I would like it one step lower. I'm impressed with how well it works overall and that the little suction cups on the bottom are good enough to keep it from moving despite heavy fan rotation/movement. I have no hesitation in giving 4 out of 5 stars and not writing a review in exchange for the product.
