Don't repeat my mistake
GREAT taste. unfortunately not enough power. I'm used to making wine so I went with 6 gallons instead of 5. I'm pretty sure I made "light beer". The taste is still great but the punch is gone. I think I registered 4% ABV, which I think is close to what is advertised, but I can't help but think I would have gotten more if I had only done 5 gallons. I'm curious to see how the taste will be different and will therefore order again. Easy for a beginner like me, down to the gals. Spring. giggle
