Unsupported, lightly padded
I used these 12oz gloves for kickboxing and heavy bagging and they were too thin (very little ankle padding). I only used them once because my hands and fingers were so sore after working out. Also, the wrist straps are elastic and too long. The straps also do not support the wrist. I really wish I could use the gloves during the return period because they were a waste of money.
