The seat slide feature is terrible and makes a good chair look bad. It is protected by extremely fragile plastic washers that either break in transit (most of them were broken at the bottom of the box) or after a few days of use. When they're not there, the seat wobbles and wobbles, making loud noises every time you sit/stand/move. It also has a spring just behind the seat that catches and hooks loose shirt flaps or dangling headphone cords. Everything else about the chair is excellent, it's extremely comfortable and feels solid and durable. The basic version of the chair without a slider is much better. (Note that his chair is sold under multiple brand names, some cheaper but with the same build quality.)
