The speed in which you get your document out, it's automatic so there are less manual steps required - i would not say that this process takes too long but if anything its easy enough! This software gives me more freedom as far an organization structure goes because I don't have specific employees with certain titles (i used other providers before). Not much dislike really just minor things like having someone check something over every step or some sorta double checking thingy-like when moving files from one format into another etc., maybe we should mention how well they support their product also sometimes my documents come back wrong formatted? If anyone comes across any problems regarding formatting do report them straight away as customer service does listen/respond very quickly & help fix issues fast!! I liked that i was ablet o do my job as fast or faster than with other programs, however sometimes it would freeze up when printing large numbers of documents at once so not much time saved here but more efficient use overall - especially if you don't have access too many printers! No issues noticed by myself though others may find different things wrong with this program (as always). The ease in which one can print forms from their computer instead taking them off paper work sheets makes life easier!!
