The customer support team has been awesome to work with, very helpful in answering questions as we have implemented our system into ours organization's phone infrastructure! I wish there was more integration between their products so that when you are using one product it would help use another related software or device like PBXT etc.-but this isn't always true- but they do try hard at integrating things together where possible & make good suggestions sometimes if not all of them could be used within your environment (SBC).
