Versatility and ease of use. I love him for his simple tasks. I'm glad I bought this instead of stock - I can easily store it in my closet once I fold it. I just wanted to add that this little beauty is quite durable and very versatile. Everyone who saw it was almost blown away that it's so well made and folds up for easy storage. I've used this versatile little beauty for pretty much every tough job. I would like to know if the manufacturers have a version of this that can be used as a "wagon" to transport things like garden supplies, groceries, etc. Honestly, if you're looking for a sturdy hand truck that's dependable and most importantly, incredibly handy for keeping out of sight, you really can't go wrong with this workhorse. Dollar for dollar I personally believe I've had the best ending of a sale 30 times. I am always sincere in my reviews; It's just as easy to pierce a product or service I'm receiving as it is to compliment it. I use other people's experience with the product to get a full picture of the product's overall value. You have to look at the good and bad reviews and be a bit skeptical about what you read. I've learned that many 1 or 2 star reviews are usually due to damaged shipping or high expectations. Honestly decide what you think you will need from a product, then carefully research ALL the options, using reviews as a guide, not a decision-making tool, to help you decide which product you prefer to buy. I'm always nervous when shopping online; You never know exactly what you're getting until you've spent the money. I just say it; Revain and all of the vendors I have dealt with directly through Revain have always gone out of their way to fix or change any issues I have ever encountered. Just don't get mad if something arrives damaged or missing. I learned to trust Revain and the vendors I dealt with when I had an issue because every time a situation was resolved to make sure I was happy without having to ask to be happy. Sorry for the whole sermon. I just know how hard it is to use reviews as a guide. As I said before, take the time to understand exactly what you want from a product before looking for it. Read the reviews with a case of salt (since a grain is usually never enough) and after a while you'll know who's serious and who's just ranting about what was probably just an accident.
