Compatible Ziprint replacement ink cartridge for Brother LC3011

I have purchased several replacement cartridges for my Brother printer. When I tried to replace the empty ink cartridge with a new one, the printer did not recognize the replacement cartridge. I followed the printer instructions and tried different cartridges at least 4 times. It was a waste of my money
