Honestly, I was ready to pull the trigger on another bell, until this one showed up with a better rating and reviews. I can say without using it yet, it's smaller than expected taken right out of the box, but the quality and design is solid. The ring is true. Scared the heck out of my dog. The install is a piece of cake. Definitely have to use the rubber gasket provided. There are two sizes. I think people complaining about being too small, simply didn't try using the gaskets. Yeppers, I plan to buy more for the beach cruisers.
