This is by far the loudest bell option I've purchased for my hybrid commuter bicycle. I've had a couple of other ones, but this one goes on my commuter bike to keep me safe. I usually track on paved roads and some light gravel trails, this bell gets the attention of people at least 50 feet away. I love the metal on metal ding and it's built pretty solid. It's too bad it has to be mounted with a hex allen key screw, so I can't switch back and forth with my bikes. But at least it can't be stolen…

Pros
  • The item was just as described and arrived quickly.
Cons
  • Might be considered unnecessary in some areas

For a TINY bell - the sound is pretty ATTENTION GETTING.

I broke my ankle this summer and had to have a scooter. So . to try and make a crappy situation a little fun, I "tricked out" the scooter. Plus.no matter how polite I attempted to be and said "Excuse me" to pass someone in the grocery store - no one would push their cart out of the way so I was forced to stand there and WAIT while they took 15 minutes to purchase Cambell's soup! I'm a patient person and hey.I get it, getting lost in thought but come on people! This bell was easy to attach…

Pros
  • Mounted one on each of our ebikes. Nice little bell to give warning on the trail.
Cons
  • May malfunction and require repair or replacement

Great bike bell: my feedback

So far, I am very impressed with this bell. It seems to be well made and produces a clearly audible sound for trail rides. It's smaller than my old bell, but produces a louder, brighter sound. This bell replaces an older style bell I had on my bike and is a clear improvement and also better than the current bell on my road bike. We'll see how it holds up over time, but I don't anticipate any problems. Very pleased with the purchase and would recommend.

Pros
  • Works great & great price
Cons
  • Adds weight to the bike

Does It's Job Well

I stuck it on a Ninebot Max electric scooter as replacing the grips required me to lose the stock bell. It works great, looks great, and it's loud. It's certainly going to get the attention of people.

Pros
  • Good so far
Cons
  • Can be accidentally triggered while in transit

Makes a nice ting! for my opinion

These are a small bell, and they make a nice TING! type of sound. They are not overly loud, but they do get attention. Can be difficult to hear during high-speed rides.

Pros
  • Large Bell: Fits for bicycles handlebar tube outer diameter with 28.6 - 31.8 mm(1.12 - 1.25 in), the bike bell can be easily installed on the right or left side.
Cons
  • Can be difficult to hear during high-speed rides

Small and Adequate Volume

It's not as loud as the product title would imply--but it's adequate. It's small, however, and when handlebar real estate is a premium, that's important.

Pros
  • Helps reduce the noise pollution caused by horn honking or shouting
Cons
  • Could distract from important communication between riders

NICE RING TONE good for me

I had to use the rubber clamp liner, to fit the bar on my JETSON BOLT . I like the sound. I would purchase again. Clamp is plastic. Allen head bolt. Came with needed wrench !

Pros
  • Low cost but high value investment for any cyclist
Cons
  • Could be lost during bike transportation

Great Bell! on my review.

Honestly, I was ready to pull the trigger on another bell, until this one showed up with a better rating and reviews. I can say without using it yet, it's smaller than expected taken right out of the box, but the quality and design is solid. The ring is true. Scared the heck out of my dog. The install is a piece of cake. Definitely have to use the rubber gasket provided. There are two sizes. I think people complaining about being too small, simply didn't try using the gaskets. Yeppers, I plan…

Pros
  • ‎Handlebar
Cons
  • Could cause a startle response in riders

This bell has a nice, piercing, loud, distinctive ring. It is perfect for two lane trails shared by bicyclists, pedestrians, runners, families with strollers, etc. This bell is very effective at warning people ahead that a cyclist is approaching, and they instantly move or stay in their lane so the cyclist can pass unseen on their left. The clapper is spring loaded requiring the cyclist to allow the lever to snap at the bell. However, under constant ringing, this can potentilly cause irritation…

Pros
  • Elegant and timeless design adds a touch of class to any bike
Cons
  • Could be considered outdated by some riders

Happy kids. on my review.

Exactly how i hoped they would be. Wife bought prior (junk) bells. These are the solution. Kids need bells on bikes. Simple joys!

Pros
  • Cycling
Cons
  • Limited in visual appearance

does the job on my review.

i bought 2 of these. One for my wife and one for myself. We have ebikes and you really sneak up on people. They do exactly what we needed.

Pros
  • Exquisite Bike Bell: Our Bike Bell with exquisite outlook and small size: 3.5 * 2.2 cm(1.37*0.86 inch). Included protective pad to prevent sliding down.
Cons
  • Could attract unwanted attention from strangers

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS

Don't just mount it.Read the instructions on how to adjust it for maximum sound level.Very loud for such a small size. That's my review.

Pros
  • Comes in a stylish, eco-friendly packaging for gift giving
Cons
  • May not be heard by pedestrians with headphones on

Bought the small and didn’t fit bike

Make sure and read measurements for the two sizes. I didn’t and the small didn’t fit on my Liv Avail bike. It’s super cute though!

Pros
  • My daughter likes the sound and the installation was easy.
Cons
  • Can be annoying to those around you

Attention Getting in my review

Loud enough to get attention, which is what it’s for. Long ring down.a couple of seconds. Easy thumb press. Easy mount. Worth the price.

Pros
  • Retains sound quality even after years of use
Cons
  • Could interfere with bikepacking gear

Ring my bell best in my review

Great value for the $$. Got this bell for my mobility scooter. The horn on my scooter doesn't make enough sound. I bought this and it works just like I wanted it to. Loud enough when I'm out and about or in the mall. 👍🏻👍🏻

Pros
  • Makes a fun accessory for any bike enthusiast
Cons
  • Can be difficult to press with arthritic hands
