The ability to integrate with all my software applications as well as manage incoming calls from our customers via Twilio service are two things that have made me like this platform so much. There's nothing wrong with it at the moment but I do feel they're charging too high for some of these extra add-ons. However it is something you get used to quickly and then you realize how beneficial managing inbound call requests can be especially if your organization deals mostly online or doesn't receive many visits per week (which most people don't). I love how easy it is to use this software as well as all of its great functions that are available for us at our restaurant! There really isn't anything bad about using any part of pizzacloud's system with me being able to manage my employees schedules easily along with creating reports which allows them to have more time working in other areas such as customer service or managing inventory etc..
