Hi everyone! I received this product today and successfully installed it. A few notes after reading other comments: CONTINUOUS LIGHT PROBLEM - SOLVED! - REASON FOR ONLY (3) STARS AND NO (5) STARS: The FAQ for this product description states that you must connect the power cord to the INPUT side of the device. If you connect it to the OUTPUT side of the light, the light will stay on and the touch function will not work. What I found was the complete opposite. I'm not sure if the manufacturers assembled this product incorrectly, but when I connected my light with the power cord on the INPUT side, the light stayed on and the touch function didn't work. As soon as I connected the power cord to the OUTPUT side, the light worked as advertised. So if any of you have this problem, just try the OUTPUT connector and see if that helps. EASY AND RELIABLE INSTALLATION: While I'm here, I have to say that the installation was incredibly easy. There are two metal brackets that the lantern snaps into. The brackets are secured with (2) 3M foam sticky tabs and two small screws. I see some people saying the tape isn't strong enough and their lights go out. You need to use a screw in addition to the tape. An added bonus is that the seller includes a small screwdriver and metal needle (to make the screw small enough to screw in easily). Both were very welcome and contributed to the easy installation. You don't have to use any household appliances at all. That's all! Like I said, I just installed it today. I like its low profile. Will be updated if something breaks unexpectedly!
