It keeps you warm for six hours but cools for twenty-four hours.
I only use it to keep my sparkling water from evaporating and I can keep it in a bottle for three days without the bubbles going away. I originally bought this bottle from local stores a few years ago and was devastated when I lost it. The only thing I didn't like was the cost. When I bought it in store three years ago, it was only $5.99. This is the only bottle on the market that can be thoroughly washed and re-iced at any time without having to break it into small pieces to get into the bottle.
