Updated to add I originally gave three stars for a good product which incidentally I received in "not very good" condition. The seller took note of the feedback and wrote to me twice, sincerely asking if I needed a replacement brush. Of course, nobody likes to receive a scratched brush with bent bristles, but as I figured this happened upon delivery and doesn't really affect the functionality of the brush itself, I didn't want to incur the additional return costs etc. While I still get my slightly bent brush and scratched brush I am updating a five star rating for a very considerate and genuine manufacturer/seller. First Review: Great looking brush and I'm quite happy with the way it goes through my (very fine) hair. However, he arrived with an outer bristle line at the top, mostly completely kinked - stretched out almost horizontally! I've tried straightening them with some success. It may still be functional, but receiving a product in this condition is not interesting. Ironically, I had another brush in the same order and it also arrived in the same deformed condition! Oh yeah, there were scratches on its rose gold finish, but they don't bother me as much as the curved bristles because I think the scratches will show over time anyway. . .It would be nice to receive the item in better condition.
