TBH I wasn't sure what to expect with all the negative reviews but I think the quality is actually pretty high for the price. We received 2 packs of embroidered shark and puppy hats and my son loves them. He is 2 years old (27 months) with a medium sized head and the medium size fits him perfectly. I love that they are adjustable with a small piece of metal so they can grow with you. We've had them for about 2 months now and they last until one of them is thrown out of the stroller and lost forever (in which case I'd happily go back and buy again). They offer good sun protection, fit well on the head, don't cause overheating and he likes to put them on and hold them on! Plus, it's 2 baby hats for $11. What more do you want?
