The items were well packed. The hat is of acceptable quality, so a scarf. Expensive for what it is, but you're paying for Disney, which isn't unexpected. However, the gloves were not a size 4-7 (see picture). I'm 6ft 2ft and wearing the gloves in the picture. I contacted Revain support and it was my first bad experience with them. It should be noted that I probably haven't contacted Amazon customer service for a year or two, so things may have changed. They offered a refund on return and no other options. The agent rebuked me that I should have read the reviews as this seems to be a common issue with this item. I am returning items. We live in southern Arizona and are planning a trip to Minnesota to visit family, hence the order. I'll return them and buy the target tokens.
